The following evaluation model, gives organizations a path to know and evaluate the actual state, giving recommendations on their way to be prepared for the next level of their digital transformation. It defines the state of the organization in relation to their leadership capacity and the level of digital integration, placing them in four levels: nascent, trend follower, conservative and digital. This analysis is carried out through a survey of 30 questions where five areas of the organization are analyzed: (1) Vision and strategy, (2) organizational culture, (3) operations, (4) communications and marketing and (5) infrastructure, evaluating for each area at what level of development it is: incipient, basic, explorer or innovator.
